Flowr does not accept unsolicited returns of cannabis products. Clients who contact Flowr for any return requests will be asked to contact the following licensed vendors where the product was purchased and follow their return policy.

OCS:

Return Policy

OCS offers a 14-day Return Policy on all orders of cannabis products. Customers may return any cannabis product in original condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery. The Customer will be refunded via the original payment method used for the purchase. Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

BC Cannabis Store:

(FAQ) Can I exchange my product for a different one?

A product can only be returned if it’s defective, shipped in error, or recalled. Products eligible for return may be returned to a BC Cannabis Store or by connecting with their Customer Care Centre via Contact page for an online return. For products shipped in error, only unopened products that have no signs of visible tampering may be returned with a receipt.

NSLC:

Refund/Return Policy

Returns without a receipt are processed as an exchange for a product of equal value, or greater value if you pay the full difference in price.

If you purchased a cannabis product in-store that is defective or broken, you can return the product to any NSLC store that sells cannabis products for a full exchange or refund, and you don’t need to provide a receipt. However, you will have to provide your name, address and telephone number to the NSLC store employee. NSLC collect that information so that they can verify for their suppliers that the problem was discovered by one of the NSLC’s customers.

You can also return cannabis products and cannabis accessories purchased through  myNSLC.com/cannabis, by calling the Service Excellence Centre toll free 1.800-567-5874 to speak with one of the NSLC’s agents who will provide you with a return authorization, after which you will need to print a return label and send the product back to the NSLC via Canada Post.
Your return must be sealed to contain the smell of the product. Please use the original packaging and ensure it is tightly sealed.
